Samsung Ativ Smart PC Pro is a full-form metal-framed laptop, aimed at creative and business professionals. It is equipped with a third-generation Intel Core i5 processor, which gives it enough power for photo editing and even gaming. This Samsung hybrid ultrabook also has 4GB RAM and a 256GB SSD drive. The Dell XPS Duo 12 is a 13-inch hugely impressive two-in-one device with Core i5 or i7 CPUs. It is exactly the kind of device that Windows 8 was built for: great for touch and easy to get out of the way when you need to get some actual work done on the desktop. This Dell hybrid ultrabook features the XPS chiclet keyboard, which is still great to type on. The quality of the screen is incredible: there is a full HD 1920 x 1280 display behind the Gorilla Glass outer.
Lenovo has declared that the clear vision of this new ultrabook model a laptop fisrt, and a tablet second. Lenovo hybrid ultrabook weighs less than 1.5 kg (3.3 pounds), which is heavier than some of its competitors. It has an IPS with 1600 x 900 resolution display, and goes with “next-generation” Ivy Bridge Intel Core processors with preinstalled Windows 8. Fortunately, the battery life is worthy of a tablet: it can last up to 8 hours. Judging by specs, the price of this laptop should be around $1000.
